Recently, I had a opportunity to interview Neil about the book and his inspiration for writing it. Clay: What is the book about? I received a very special book yesterday by an up and coming author named Neil del Strother. The book is called The Flower in the Desert. It is an allegorical tale about the gift of friendship and love. I read the book in one sitting and was captivated by the tale from start to finish.
